Locations: Ikeja, Ogba, Agege - Lagos

Duties

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Organizing and distributing messages
• Maintaining company schedules
• Organizing documents and files
• Greeting business clients and guests
• Documenting financial information
• Maintaining and ordering office supplies
• Scheduling meetings and conferences
• Assisting executives with project tasks
• Coordinating with other staffs
• Implementing administrative procedure

Qualification
Education and Experience:

• Graduates (Fresh graduates can also apply) with B.Sc/ HND/ OND degree in Secretarial studies or other related Social Science courses.
• Candidates should possess 0 - 3 years work experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must reside within Ikeja, Agege, Ogba and its environs.
• Candidates must have clear and concise communication and written skills
• Candidates must have 120WPM typing speed.
• Candidates must be a computer savvy, with adequate knowldge in Microsoft Packages and Other office tools.
• Candidates must be able to meet deadlines and perform all official duties deligently.
• Candidates must be able to work in a team and have good analytical skills
