Secretary (Admissions & Customer Support) at Financial Forensic Studies and Diagnostic Ltd (FFSD)

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary with strong data entry and customer support skills to manage administrative processes related to student admissions and application processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain and update accurate records of applications, correspondence, and other office documents.
• Coordinate communication between students, parents, and educational partners to provide updates on application status.
• Collaborate with university partners to resolve application-related queries.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Previous administrative, secretarial, or admissions processing experience is preferred.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
