Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and experience in developing structured and engaging educational content
• Strong background in Education and Teaching with proven subject matter knowledge
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues
• Training experience and the ability to inspire and guide learners toward their academic and personal potential
• Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up-to-date with educational practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (a teaching certification is an added advantage)
• Prior experience in teaching or a similar role is a significant advantage

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
• TRCN certification is an added advantage
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching and child development
• Minimum of 4 years teaching experience for Primary School Teachers
• Previous teaching experience is preferred for other positions
