Job Description

• We are seeking committed and knowledgeable secondary school examination instructors to join our Examinaion Preparatory program (EPP) in Aba.
• This full-time role is ideal for educators passionate about guiding students through WAEC, NECO, JAMB and other standardized examinations. Instuctors will play a vital role in equipping learners with the skills, confidence and discipline needed to excel academically and achieve their future goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intensive, exam-focusd lessons across core subjects (Mathematics, English, Sciences and Humanities)
• Prepare students with past questions, mock examinations, and targeted revision strategies.
• Assess and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
• Foster a disciplined, motivating and supportive learning environment.
• Guide students in effective study techniques, time management and exam-writing skills.
• Collaborate with program cordinators to continuously improve teaching methods and outcomes.

Requirements

• B.Ed., B.Sc., or equivalent qualification in relevant subject areas (Education advantage)
• Proven experience teaching at the secondary school level, especially in exam preparation.
• Strong subject mastery and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Basic computer literacy for digital learning tools and exam practice platforms.
