As a Scrum Master, your job description would typically include the following responsibilities:

• Facilitating Scrum Events: You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. You will ensure that these events are effective and that the team is adhering to Scrum principles.
• Coaching the Team: As a Scrum Master, you will coach the team on Agile and Scrum methodologies. You will help the team understand their roles and responsibilities and provide guidance on how to implement best practices.
• Removing Obstacles: You will be responsible for identifying and removing obstacles that are hindering the team's progress. You will work with the team to identify these obstacles and help them find ways to overcome them.
• Encouraging Collaboration: As a Scrum Master, you will encourage collaboration among team members and stakeholders. You will work to build a culture of transparency and trust and ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.
• Monitoring Progress: You will be responsible for monitoring the team's progress and ensuring that they are meeting their Sprint goals. You will work with the team to identify areas for improvement and help them make adjustments as necessary.
