Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Masterto join our dynamic, fully remote team.
• You will facilitate Agile processes, remove obstacles, and ensure the team delivers high-quality products on time.
• You will act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team in applyingAgile/Scrum principlesto maximize productivity and quality.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
• Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvementand open communication.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog.
• Track and report on sprint progress, team performance, and delivery timelines.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Masterin a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks(Scrum, Kanban) and Agile metrics.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in aremote, distributed teamenvironment.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Familiarity with tools likeJira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
