    Scrum Master- Managed Internships

    • Are you passionate about guiding emerging talent in the world of IT? We're searching for a Scrum Master to join our team and play a key role in our internship program.
    • This is a unique opportunity to manage and nurture aspiring software engineers as they embark on their careers. 

    Responsibilities: 

    • Manage and support software developers (decadevs) during their internship 
    • Oversee student projects to ensure successful, on-time delivery. 
    • Collaborate with product managers and Scrum Masters to drive cross-functional teamwork. 
    • Promote Agile and Scrum methodologies 
    • Networking and connecting with potential mentors for the software developers (decadevs)
