Job Summary

• The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating agile delivery within project teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and driving continuous improvement across development processes.
• The role requires coordination, leadership, and effective stakeholder management to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Remove impediments to team progress and ensure continuous delivery of value.
• Track sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.).
• Coach team members on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
• Coordinate communication between development teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Ensure delivery of user stories within scope, quality, and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
