Scrap Metal Material Processing Supervisor at Terra Aqua Environmental Consultancy Limited

Responsibilities

• Receiving all incoming Scraps Metal material through weighbridge recording
• Supervising the activity of the sorters, processing line, scraps yard and the forklift unit
• Scaling of all incoming and outgoing items ensuring accurate recording and reporting
• Timely Proper supervision of offloaded materials to avoid discrepancies and dissatisfaction from customers
• Safety and wellbeing of workers in the general loading and offloading operational services
• Attend to internal customer complaint first hand on materials use and serving the production operations
• Proper supervision in sorting of all incoming materials and adequate recording of all items before storage
• Administer the preparation of reports based on quantities supplied with respect to the agreed terms on material specifications.
• Supervision of all loading exercise
• Supervision of sorters during sorting processes for quality materials to production.
• General monitoring of the scrap yard activities for proper accountability
• Lead the preparation and reporting of sales of materials such as : iron and rejects etc.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND, or B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience in metal recycling company.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
