Applicants should demonstrate:

• Proficiency in developing and/or applying established standard operating procedures to determine the presence of drugs, alcohol, poisons, biological fluids (i.e saliva, blood, semen) etc.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of underlying principles involved in analysis of biological samples, organic and inorganic substances including solutions preparation for use in testing and operating laboratory equipment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-recording tools
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team-oriented environment
