Job description

• The care of the School Library: cleaning, dusting and proper arrangement of books is part of your primary duty. (Ensure cleaners carry out these duties daily);
• You are to ensure and follow up on Books supply: both text and print. There must be no shortage of books in school;
• You are to ensure that stationeries are available for use in the school;
• It is your duty to ensure that all pupils have their reading and writing materials at all times;
• It is your duty to follow up on all “textbook rentals” in the school;
• You are to monitor Rentals given to students at the beginning and at the end of the term;
• It is your duty to handle all college correspondences. To type all tests and examination papers for the college as well as their result;
• Handle all college documentations;
