Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Librarian to manage our school library, support students' research and reading needs, and collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the library collection, including books, journals, and digital resources.
• Develop and implement library programs and services that support students' research and reading needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into the curriculum.
• Provide instruction and guidance to students on research skills, information literacy, and critical thinking.
• Maintain a welcoming and inclusive library environment that promotes reading and learning.
• Participate in library-related professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Library Science, Education, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years relevant experience in library management and instruction.
• Strong knowledge of library management systems, databases, and digital resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Library Science or a related field.
• Experience with international curricula and diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of library technology and digital tools.
