CIFMAN COLLEGE is a co-educational secondary institution, founded in April 2009, with focus on offering all round education through an integrated scheme of a mix of Nigerian and British curricula.
The curricula and co curricula activities are student centered and are channeled towards students’ strength and their core competence in a bid to achieve independence in learning and learners being critical to what they learn.

The school is currently searching for a Housemaster whose primary role is leading and running their boarding house, a student 'head-of-house'. The Housemaster has a vast range of duties and responsibilities, ranging from the pastoral care of their boarders to everyday basic maintenance, laundry and organisational tasks.
The House Master prioritize is caring for his boarders' physical and mental well-being and he does this by getting to know his charges, guiding them daily and offering them support and advice.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be aware of and implement school rules
• To be responsible for the welfare, happiness and every day discipline of border and to be seen consistent and fair in all matters.
• Responsible for the general health and well-being of those in boarding house
• Ensure that all borders follow a healthy and hygienic personal care regime.
• To ensure repairs are carried out and rooms are clean and presentable. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• BSc degree in any course.
• Must be fluent in speaking English.
• Must be interested in sport.
• Must be ''young at heart''. The housemaster is expected to understand teenage culture in order to relate with the students.
