• We are also seeking an experienced School Counsellor to lead our pastoral and careers counseling department.

Responsibilities 
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage our in-class learning support team.
• Collaborate with our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to provide pastoral care to all students.
• Oversee our Individualized Education Program (IEP) for students with more complex learning needs.
• Lead our careers guidance department.
• Assist our Head of Sixth Form with the university application process.
• Contribute to the provision of our Personal, Social, Health, and Economic (PSHE) programs.

Requirements

• The candidates must possess a recognized teaching qualification, in addition to a BA Degree, and be registered members of TRCN.
• Prior experience in teaching at the IGCSE level is advantageous and equally essential.
