Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the school, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets, monitor income and expenditure, and develop budget forecasts.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Payroll Processing: Handle payroll for school employees, including deductions and ensuring timely payments.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and obligations.
• Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Internal Controls: Monitor the operation of financial controls and recommend improvements to safeguard school funds and assets.
• Auditing: Assist with annual audits and provide documentation as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to staff and parents, responding to inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with school administration, faculty, and staff on financial matters.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
