Job Summary:

• Halifield Schools is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the school’s financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and support effective financial planning. The ideal candidate must be organized, trustworthy, and capable of working in a school setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for the school
• Process school fees, invoices, and payments
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor daily income and expenditure
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 3–5 years relevant work experience
• Experience in an educational institution is an added advantage
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
