Sanitation Officer at Twinkly Tots

• The school cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that the school premises are clean and hygienic. They will be required to perform a range of cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and other areas as assigned. The cleaner will work closely with the facilities team to maintain a safe and clean environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop floors
• Dust and wipe surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team
• Follow health and safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
• Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable
