Salon Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the hair salon operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Utilize managerial experience to enhance salon efficiency.
- Attend to customerinquiries, and complaints online via walk-ins, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Create engaging social media content using videos and pictures to boost brand engagement and awareness.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
- Proven managerial experience in a similar field (a plus).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle social media content creation.
