Sales Team Lead - Retail at LinkOrg Networks

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and manage the Retail Sales team
• Drive new customer acquisition and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Develop business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account growth
• Lead presentations, negotiations, and the complete sales cycle
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 7 to 8 years total sales experience, including:
• 3 to 5 years in Retail, B2C, telecommunications, ISP, or technology sales
• 2 to 3 years in a supervisory, team lead, or managerial role
• Proven experience managing retail, consumer, or channel sales
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong team leadership, business development, and account management skills
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and closing skills
• Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
