    Sales Team Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue from wellness services, and product sales.
    • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including social media, referrals, partnerships, and networking.
    • Conduct sales presentations and consultations to educate clients on our wellness solutions.
    • Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to management.
    • Collaborate with the marketing lead to optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
    • Train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Set clear sales targets for team members and provide the necessary coaching and support to ensure they meet their goals.
    • Motivate and drive the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Organize regular team meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and refine sales strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
    • Implement effective customer follow-up strategies to exceed targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive results.
