    Sales Support Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify and resolve sales operations issues.
    • Review credit applications and credit references.
    • Set credit limits and ensure creditworthiness.
    • Implement promotional events to boost sales.
    • Promptly resolve consumer complaints and requests.
    • Manage sales incentives and commission programs.
    • Coordinate the SOP for registration of new distributors and documentation with management approval.
    • Develop and monitor a credit control system in collaboration with sales, marketing, finance and executive team members.
    • Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks
    • Check consumer credit reports, approve or deny applications and communicate decisions to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
    • Create regulations that ensure customers make payments on time while adhering to best practices in customer service.
    • Utilise SAP for invoice retrieval and client data.
    • Working closely with your team to reduce invoice queries
    • Cancelling and reissuing invoices for our large and extensive client base
    • Make notifications in client accounts of interactions, such as payments or purchasing activities.
    • In charge of new customer's credit assessment, help the sales/marketing team.
    • Establish and maintain regular communications with clients to facilitar periodic payments.
    • Arrange for the monthly account statement report.
    • Update clients' records when necessary.
    • Carry out thorough credit checks for new customers to ensure eligibility for credit.
    • Keep customer files maintained with accuracy.
    • Ensure that payments are on schedule.
    • Liaise with customers and the sales team.

    Job Requirements: 

    • BSc in statistics or business administration
    • Minimum of six years experience in a similar role with FMCG.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.  
    • Exceptional managerial skills.
    • Team Leader 
    • Proficient in MS Office, excel Microsoft.
    • Data Analytical skill
    • Attention to detail
    • Team Player
