    Sales & Support Agent

    Job Overview

    • We are looking for an experienced Sales & Support Agent with a strong background in tele-sales, particularly in the internet service/broadband industry. The ideal candidate is an eloquent communicator who can engage customers effectively over the phone, drive sales, and provide exceptional support.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Customer Acquisition:

    • Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls to promote internet/broadband services.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans or upgrades.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective persuasion and negotiation.

    Customer Support & Retention:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.
    • Assist existing customers with service upgrades, billing inquiries, and technical support.

    Follow-ups & Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
    • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in tele-sales, preferably in the internet service/broadband industry.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills, clear pronunciation, and ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
    • Sales Ability: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
    • Customer Focus: A proactive attitude towards solving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of broadband/internet services and ability to explain technical aspects to customers.
    • Self-Motivated: Ability to work under minimal supervision and achieve sales targets.
