Sales Supervisor at Supersaver Supermarket

Description 

• Manage staff to ensure adherence to standard of operating procedure (SOP)..
• Communicate clearly and openly with all customers and team members.
• Resolve customer-related issues
• Proactively engage customers to address all customer complaints & answer their questions.
• Ensure appropriate and timely work schedule (roaster) preparation for all staff.
• Ensure all scheduled & unscheduled shifts and time-offs are covered appropriately.
• Promptly resolve pricing and price check issues
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment
• Ensure discipline and team spirit amongst team.
• Assisting in the administration of shop floor staff/Security
• Merchandising of stocks according to principles and ethics
• Management of stock re-ordering, ensuring that shop attendants submit their stock out the list on weekly basis to the procurement department and confirm the quantity to be procured based on history.
• Supervision of shop floor by: blocking of the shelf, first out, security of goods and neatness of shelf
• Any other duty that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• OND / B.Sc in Business Related courses
• 2-3 years experience as a floor supervisor in a supermarket
• Candidates should be residing around Ago/Okota environs
