    Sales Supervisor

    About the job

    • We're seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our modern trade channel development in Lagos and Abuja. As a key member of our sales team, you'll drive growth, build strong relationships, and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Channel Development: Identify and onboard new modern trade channels, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.
    • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with channel partners, buyers, and merchandisers.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for modern trade channels.
    • Product Merchandising: Ensure effective in-store promotions and product visibility.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure product availability.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics.
    • Brand Visibility: Implement initiatives to increase brand awareness and visibility within modern trade channels.
