Main Purpose of the Job

• The Sales/Store Supervisor puts in place day to day operation plans to be followed to achieve the strategic plan of the organization.
• The sales supervisor coordinates the daily activities of the sales representatives, ensuring they are meeting their goals and builds great relationships with customers/clients.
• Reports to the Sales/Store Manager.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business administration, financial management or related fields
• Experience in a supervisory capacity or role.
• Proven work experience in marketing and achieving set targets.
