This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The Sales Specialist will be tasked with identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and maintaining profitable relationships.
Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Additionally, the Sales Specialist will work closely with team members to provide training and input on sales management improvements.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive revenue
Expertise in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain customer relationships
Ability to provide Training and support for team development
Proven track record in achieving sales goals and delivering client satisfaction
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Experience in the mobile technology industry is an advantage
