Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist.

• The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase company revenue and sales, managing client relationships, and training new sales personnel.
• Generate leads through a variety of channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media
• Qualify leads and develop sales opportunities
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
• Close deals and negotiate contracts
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Experience in training and mentoring sales teams
• Experience in sales management and leadership
• Knowledge of information communication technology industry
• Ability to work well in a team
• Resilient and persistent when faced with rejections
