Job Description

• Greet customers warmly.
• Takes in store customer’s order
• Assist customers with placement of orders.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Process customer’s payment.
• Ensure that every customer gets a proof of payment for all of their purchase.
• Ensure that each customer enjoys good experience.
• Supply management (through the sales manager) with reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
• Keeping record of client’s feedbacks and forwarding same to the management
• Maintain a database of customer contact
• Undertake other duties as assigned
