    Sales Representative

    • We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at Workcentral.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
    • This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
    • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales in or in a similar sales role.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
