    Sales Representative

    Description 

    • Our client needs a smart Sales Representative to coordinate the day-to-day activities of the store to foster customer engagement and maximize sales opportunities.

    Responsibilities 

    • Receive and assist customers in a friendly yet professional manner.
    • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and provide accurate information on product features, pricing and after sales services.
    • Identify and utilize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales.
    • Handle customer returns of goods, price changes and discounts.
    • Process sales transactions and operate cash register.
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Prior work experience as a sales representative, sales associate or similar role.
    • A commitment to excellent customer service.
    • At least an OND or Degree in any discipline.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
    • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Proximity to office location is essential.
