    Sales Representative

    Description

    • We are looking for a competitive Sales Executive whose responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, sealing deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    • Negotiate/close deals
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Gather feedback from prospects and share with internal teams.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive with experiance in the Real Estate Industry.
    • Proficiency in English
    • Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques
    • Fast learner and passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
