Sales Representative Trainee at The Balloons Hub

SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a smart, business-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of a business developer in our organization. This individual will serve as a sales representative of My Balloons and Accessories; manage the frontend and physical experience centre of the business enabling a smooth operation with clients and potential clients.

 MAIN FUNCTIONS

• A good knowledge of the products in the store to take accurate and precise orders from clients online and offline.
• Answer phone calls from clients or collect orders using the website, prepare the order and ensure payment before delivery.
• Print receipt and check orders to correspond the packed goods
• Responding to enquires about sales and following up properly
• Daily record of sales in the sales book
• Print close of day report every day.
• Relate with the delivery company to ensure the safe delivery of items to clients.
• Social media engagement (WhatsApp, and IG)
• Create and develop online stories (IG stories, WhatsApp stories.)
• Creating and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Immediate, polite and prompt response and attention to walk-in clients as well as webmail.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a business-related discipline.
• A minimum of 1 year of technical experience in sales and marketing
• Knowledge of canva and social media platforms for marketing
• Business orientation/entrepreneurial spirit
• Good written and spoken English.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Teachable spirit, and ability to take initiative, when necessary
• Good analytical and computer skills.

LOCATION

This position is based at Allen, Ikeja – Lagos.
