    Sales Representative (Trainee)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Trainee to join our growing team.
    • The ideal candidate must possess strong sales abilities, leadership potential, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business growth.
    • The candidate will undergo structured sales training while actively supporting customer acquisition, client relationship management, and market expansion activities.
    • This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales management and business development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in company sales training and development programs.
    • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
    • Support the execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
    • Assist in client presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
    • Promote company products and services professionally.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and customer records.
    • Represent the company positively during field and online engagements.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience.
    • At least 1 year leadership or team coordination experience.

    • Good presentation and reporting skills.
