Sales Representative at Royal Resource Management (RRM)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing real estate team in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, marketing properties, closing sales, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Market and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate property deals and close transactions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance, or FMCG.
• Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Presentable with a professional appearance.
• Good knowledge of Abuja and its real estate market is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
