    Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting the company’s properties and investment packages, and converting prospects into successful sales.
    • This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new leads for property sales and investment opportunities.
    • Promote the company’s properties, land, and investment packages to prospective clients.
    • Conduct property presentations and site inspections for interested buyers.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
    • Provide clients with accurate information regarding property prices, payment plans, and documentation processes.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
    • Maintain proper records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve sales strategies.
    • Prepare periodic sales reports for management review.
    • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an added advantage.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
    • Good interpersonal and networking skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
