    Sales Representative

    Job Brief

    • Our Sale Representative shall interacts and identify customers needs, work with customer’s budget in line with the company's product, pitch relevant products or services, and ensure apositive experience from start to finish.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Knowledgeable about company’s product and up-to-date with new company’s product and services.
    • Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
    • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay up to date with industry trends.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate terms with customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and address any concerns or issues promptly.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • 1 - 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate sales role.
    • Candidates should reside around Ikeja and itsenvirons.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication and persuasive skills.
    • Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous clientfrom variouscompanies and devise sales strategies.
    • Young and agile with impressive sales target achievement record.
    • Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands.
