We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative Intern to join our team and support the growth of our services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, skilled in relationship-building, and eager to learn about sales in the home care industry. You will assist in identifying potential clients, presenting our services, and contributing to our mission of providing top-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and engaging potential clients, including families, healthcare facilities, and community organizations.
Support the promotion and sale of Cyona Medicare’s personalized home care services.
Help develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Participate in presentations and meetings with prospective clients to explain our services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
Work towards meeting sales targets and KPIs under the guidance of senior sales team members.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in sales, marketing, business, healthcare, or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and engage potential clients effectively
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
