We are looking for a dedicated, results-driven Sales Representative to help drive sales, confirm customer orders, and provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and confirm customer orders to ensure smooth processing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support.
• Collaborate with delivery agents to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences and market demands
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong selling and closing skills with a proven ability to persuade customers
• Ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Minimum qualification: OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Prior sales experience in consumer goods or the wellness industry.
• Familiarity with sales reporting tools like Excel, CRM systems, etc.
