Sales Representative at Essence De Beaute

Job Description  

• Welcome/greet customers politely;
• Keep up to date with product information;
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects;
• Work closely with salespeople and other internal team members to meet  individual and group sales targets;
• Identify leads, educate prospects on products through calls and provide existing customers with exceptional support;
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
• Keep up to date with inventory and ensure to send out of stock list daily;
• Manage point-of-sale processes;
• Utilize digital marketing to enhance brand and product awareness and  create sales;
• Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales  potential and customer satisfaction;
• Identify business opportunities and challenges;
• Compile report on sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually);
• Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities,  accounts and partners.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Female;
• Passionate about sales;
• 1-3 years sales representative experience;
• Presentable appearance, with a good sense of personal hygiene and style.

Education and Experience

• Must be a BSc / HND graduate;
• Must have 2-4 years of working experience;
• Experience in skin care marketing will be an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good communication skills (proper English grammar is a must);
• Outgoing and possess interpersonal abilities;
• Good customer relations skill;
• A team player;
• Technology savvy;
• Attention to details;
• Good relationship management;
• Creative & a problem solver;
