We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience both in-store and through online channels.
Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through their gift-selection journey, both in-store and online.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Respond to and manage customer inquiries across multiple channels (in-person and social media).
Support the team in achieving sales targets and business goals.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Assist with product display, restocking, and basic store operations.
Requirements
OND holders are eligible to apply.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
Graduates who have completed NYSC are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
