Job Description

• Be knowledgeable about the product
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Answer questions about the products
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue the relationship.

Responsibilities

• Potential customers through cold calling, networking, marketing leads, or market research.
• Contacting buyers, understanding their needs, and educating them on product features and benefits
• Demonstrating products or services and explaining how they solve customer problems.
• Discussing pricing, terms, and overcoming objections to finalize sales.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieving weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales quotas.
• Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Working with marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
