Position Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and personable Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is crucial to creating a memorable experience for our customers, enhancing brand loyalty, and driving sales. You’ll be engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products that suit their style and preferences. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, build rapport, and provide an inviting atmosphere for a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our collections, including product features, specifications, and pricing, to answer customer questions confidently.
• Identify customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and guide customers through the purchasing process to achieve personal and store sales targets.
• Assist in product display, stock management, and organization to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
• Represent the brand’s values and standards, maintaining a polished and professional appearance at all times.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Work closely with other sales representatives and the store manager to meet store goals and create a cohesive team environment.
