We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Respondsibilty.

• Conduct monthly stock audits to track available inventory in the beauty supply store.
• Perform stock counting and procure supplies to ensure availability and meet business needs.
• Respond to client inquiries via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls.
• Process orders, book and confirm appointments, and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellation to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales and expense reports to the CEO.
• Ensure sales targets are met through effective customer engagement and sales strategies.
• Create engaging content and implement strategies to increase follower ship and engagement on social media platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or proven experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
