The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory. The role involves working closely with distributors, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other channel partners to ensure consistent product availability, drive demand, and meet revenue targets.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable working independently in the field, building long-term relationships, and reporting clearly on performance. You will be expected to own your territory, know your customers, and take responsibility for the numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth within the assigned territory
Manage relationships with distributors, pharmacies, and healthcare providers
Ensure consistent product availability across the territory
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Monitor market activity, competitor pricing, and customer needs
Prepare and submit regular sales reports
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Minimum of 3–4 years of sales experience, ideally in pharma or healthcare, FMCG, or distribution
Strong understanding of territory management and channel sales
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned state
Must be based in Bauchi
