Sales Representative (Auto-Mobile Sales) at Dana Group

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and promoting the KIA brand through outstanding service and professionalism. The ideal candidate should be proactive, smart, open to learning, goal-driven, persuasive, and result-driven, with a passion for customer satisfaction and automotive excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt feedback on market trends.
• Participate actively in sales promotional campaigns and marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold brand service standards.
• Adhere strictly to company price policies and discount guidelines.
• Maintain and regularly update the customer database.
• Welcome customers professionally, ensuring a positive showroom experience.
• Follow up with existing customers to generate referral leads and repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in automobile sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
