Sales Representative at Ameera Ventures Ltd

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock reorder levels are maintained at the store.
• Ensure store premises are displayed and always clean and dust-free.
• Process customer orders.
• Package, label and dispatch customer orders for a damage-free delivery
• Provide updates to customers on orders dispatched.
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints
• Acquaint oneself with all products and uses.
• Promote sales.
• Collect and share customer feedback with the sales manager.
• Work to actualize and supersede weekly sales targets.
• Ensure the security and safety of self stock, business premises, and assets at all times.
• Render timely daily and weekly reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma in Marketing, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency in applicable software and tools.
• Have the ability to build relationships.
• Must be an active listener.
• Must stay around Obalende, Costain, Yaba, Falomo and its environs.
