Job Summary

A well-established interior design company in Lagos, serving corporate clients in the financial services, hospitality, and advertising sectors, is looking to hire an experienced Sales Representative. The ideal candidate has a solid grasp of the sales process and is skilled at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities across both B2C and B2B segments
• Actively prospect for clients through research, networking, cold calling, and email campaigns (rather than waiting on walk-ins)
• Conduct or coordinate site visits and basic measurements
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Address customer concerns and provide follow-up service to ensure satisfaction
• Prepare accurate quotations
• Follow up aggressively on leads and proposals
• Close deals and protect pricing and margin

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an interior design, wood/furniture craft, or real estate company is an advantage
• Commercially aware, with strong business judgment
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and close sales
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
