Job Summary

• We are recruiting for one of its clients who seeks to engage customer friendly candidates to promote services in the Mobile Device terrain.
• Promoting the sales of company’s services.
• Represent the Brand and the organization with utmost professionalism

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
• Represent the Brand and the organization with utmost professionalism
• Ensure service and product flyer and information is available and visible at outlets
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services that will help to aid service sales at the different outlets of deployment
• Prospect walk in customers to ensure that service is delivered.
• Engage customers to interest them in the organization’s Service
• Ensure Live Demos where applicable to aid sales
• Educate customers on the Service and products
• Ensure proper display of products and price guides for consistency
• Ensure customer complaints with regards to the products and services are solved timely
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness and orderliness of work area
• Daily and monthly Sales reporting
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Basic Requirements

• Minimum degree of OND.
• 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Experience in retail or Store Sales.
• Excellent communication skill - Eloquent and comfortable talking to strangers
• Great Negotiation skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent observation skills
• Physically Agile as job role may dictate standing.

Salary
N50,000 monthly
