Job Summary

• The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting company products, creating product awareness, and driving sales at the assigned market location through active customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to customers.
• Engage customers and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Encourage purchases and help increase daily sales.
• Ensure proper product display and visibility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display area.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock to the supervisor.
• Provide customer feedback and market information to the Field Sales Manager.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and retailers.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE / OND.
• Previous experience in sales or product promotion is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade customers and achieve sales targets.
• Must be hardworking, responsible, and customer-oriented.
