    Sales Personnel

    HRLeverage, a leading Pan-African Workforce Management Company is actively recruiting a Sales Personnel on behalf of our esteemed client, a travel agency and logistics company. This role requires a good understanding of the travel and logistics industry, its market trends, exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of success in sales within the industry.

    Job Description:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel and logistics industry.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's travel and logistics services, including transportation, accommodation, and other related offerings.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to clients.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's services to prospects.
    • Keep detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and progress against targets.
    • Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure that the company operates within legal and ethical guidelines.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel and logistics industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Knowledge of travel industry software and booking systems may be beneficial.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.

    Renumeration – #200,000 (50,000 Basic pay with a Performance pay of 150,000)
